I ordered a standard Harley Davidson Sportster battery. Waited for a week.

And then once it arrived IT DID NOT FIT! Called customer service, received one call back from a manager, who asked some follow up questions about the fitment issues. I explained in detail how the battery did not fit and offered to send pictures. The Manager said she would investigate and get back to me shortly.

It has been two days and she has never gotten back to me. I'm going to AutoZone to get a battery that I can return if it doesn't fit! Save your money.

Or get stuck with a useless battery. Cheers

Reason of review: Fitment or procurement issue (don't know since nobody ever got back to me) AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
